Return Policy

How do I return a product?

1. Review our return policy and make sure your case is a valid return.

2. If it is a valid return, please Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization.

3. An RMA will be emailed to you along with the return address.

4. If the return is due to an error on our part, a Pre-Paid Return Label will also be mailed to you.

5.Please print out the RMA and include it in the box in order to receive credit for your return. You must include this RMA or you may not be credited for your order.

6.Please print the Return Label, if you received one, and place it on the box. Simply drop-off the package at your local post office. If you received a UPS Call Tag for your return instead (only available for heavier shipments), UPS will come to you and pick up the package. They will make 3 attempts on 3 consecutive days to make the pick-up. We can not request special pick-up times.

This product doesn't work - what can I do?

Sorry, not all products are created equal. Sometimes the same product works great for one person and not for another. Your body is a complicated piece of equipment!

If you're not satisfied with the quality of the product and it is opened (which presumably it is because you would've had to take it in order to be unhappy with it), then please contact the manufacturer directly and let them know. Unfortunately, we can not accept a return on these opened products but often times the manufacturer will be more than willing to help you out because they want your business!

Supplements

We accept returns on unopened supplements 30 days from the time you received them for no restocking fee. Simply request an RMA from us and ship them back. When we receive the product, you'll get a notification from us and you'll be credited that day. If you are returning an unopened product between 30-60 days from the time you received it, we'll credit you minus a 20% re-stocking fee. We can not accept returns past 60 days and we can not accept returns on opened product under any circumstances.
