Shipping Policy
Turnaround Time
If a product is in stock, it will be usually ship the same day if ordered before 3pm PST (6pm EST). At the very latest, it will be shipped the next day. In some instances, we may not have one of more of your products in immediate stock. Usually, this results in a 24 hour delay. If the delay is going to be more than 24-36 hours, we will notify you via email and give you our best estimate of your ship date. It is rare that we have an order that is held for more than 3 days before shipping. We try our best to communicate with you at all stages of the process.

Shipping Carriers
Rockstar Supplements uses 3 of the best carriers available in the world, UPS, Fedex, and USPS. We maintain a superior relationship with each carrier to deliver the most reliable delivery service to our customers. Which carrier is used for your order will be determined by the shipping method chosen, your location, and te ability of the carrier to deliver your order on time. If you have a specific carrier that you would like us to use, please call our customer service group and we will be happy to help.
Tracking Your Package
Tracking your package is easy with our online tracking system. We keep you up-to-date from the time your package leaves our dock until the time it reaches your door. If you forgot your order number, we can email it to the email address that we have on file for your account.
Address Changes
If you made a mistake and need to change the address on your package, check with us to see if we've shipped it out. If we have not yet shipped it, we will be happy to make the change for you even if that means pulling it from our warehouse dock and re-printing a label for you. If it has shipped, however, we may not be able to do anything until the package arrives at the original destination. In-transit change requests typically cost us $10 (which we charge to you) and delay shipment by 2-3 days.
Substitutions
Our warehouse reserves the right to ship you the same exact product you ordered in the quantity you ordered in more than one bottle in the rare case that the specific product you ordered is not in stock. For example, if you order a '180 cap', we may ship you two 90 caps in order to get your order out to you as fast as possible. We do this to serve you better and we usually try to include extras for you when we do. You're getting exactly what you paid for - the product itself - along with an extra bottle to use for spare pennies.
Carrier Delays
If the shipping carrier (UPS, Fedex, or the United States Postal Service) experiences a service delay, there is nothing we can do about it! Please contact them directly and ask them what's going on with your package. If they fail to meet a service guarantee, we cannot re-ship product or refund you for your entire order. We can, however, request a refund from the carrier. Call us and let us know that there was a service delay (for instance, you ordered UPS Next Day Air and UPS took two days to get it to you from the time that it was shipped). We'll submit a claim with the carrier. It typically takes 3-4 weeks before we are reimbursed for the cost of shipping. Sometimes, the carrier has to investigate; other times, they simply send a reimbursement. Once we receive the reimbursement, we'll credit your account and send you an email notifying you that your reimbursement has been credited.
Discrete Packaging
By default, Rockstar Supplements ships all packages in a plain package with a shipping label that identifies that shipper as RS and lists our return address. That's it. If you have any special requests in regards to the shipment of certain products, please contact customer service and we will gladly accommodate you.
Combining Orders
Sometimes, you may have two orders on our system. Hey, it happens. You place an order for one thing and realize you forgot something. Or maybe you placed an order for yourself and forgot to order something for your spouse (and they let you hear it). No problem! Give us a call. We'll combine them into one box at your request, reduce your shipping charge, and credit your account for the difference.
